EMARA Return and Refund Policy

At EMARA, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry, and we hope you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer the option to return or exchange it. To ensure a smooth return process, please record an unboxing video from the moment you open the shipping package to when you reveal the jewellery.

Return & Refund

If you wish to return an item, we will transfer the amount to the original mode of payment, in case of COD order we will issue store credits. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags, jewellery kit and the original invoice intact. You need to rasie return request within 48 hours of delivery, failing so, you will not be entitled to return the product. However if you receive different product or incomplete items you can raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. Due to an increase in fraudulent returns, we have implemented stricter measures for processing returns, and it may take up to 7 working days to issue your refund amount and store credit once the item has been received at our warehouse. 

Jewellery Exchange

Because each piece of jewellery is unique, we do not offer direct exchanges. However if you have received another product, different from what you ordered from our website due to operational errors, you can raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery, our staff will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth exchange. Our prices are calculated based on current market rates for pure silver and gemstones, which can fluctuate. As a result, prices may vary and are subject to change without notice. If you need to cancel your order before delivery or if you receive a damaged product, a refund will be issued directly to your EMARA account. 

Note: Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or with incorrect plating. If this occurs, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and the original invoice. Any defects must be reported within 24 hours receiving the item by contacting us at 9833811555 or emailing support@emarajewels.in.

6 Months Waranty:- We offer a limited six-month waranty on our jewellery valid from the date of delivery. This gurantee covers only pre-existing damages or manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear in due course. In case we cannot repair the item, we will, at our discretion, replace the item with another item of equal value. However, please do note that the gurantee does not apply to the following:
- Damages due to mishandling, negligence, impact damage, accidents, tampering, etc.
- Surface finish/colour of the product and loss of stones from the product.

How to Initiate a Return/Exhange

  1. Contact EMARA customer support at 9833811555 or email support@emarajewels.in within 2 days of receiving the product.
  2. Wait for a confirmation email from EMARA team before returning the item.
  3. Ensure that the product is returned in its original, unaltered, and unused condition.
  4. Include the invoice and jewellery kit in the return package. Returns without these items will not be processed.

Note: Return requests made after 48 hours from the delivery will not be accepted.
